This place is hard to find: to get in there, enter the elevator in Neukölln Arkaden, take the lift to the top floor and go out into the parking garage . Find the ramp that takes you to the roof. Done.

Really chilled out atmosphere... €3 in expect to wait in line in the car park but reasonably priced beers and the best view of the city especially at sunset

Hidden, scenic , good music , beer , and great pizza . The best part about this bar is you won't know there's a bar in this address unless someone tells you there is. Definitely on the top of my list :)

Go into the mall and the elevator to P5, exit left and walk to the other end of the parking garage to find the entrance up the ramp to P6

Surprised they started charging entrance fee. A bit crowded as can be expected on a Saturday in amazing weather. Plus for super dog friendly . Hard to find the first time, it’s part of the charm.

Wow. What can I say? This rooftop is located at the top of a mall , past the parking lot . It has the greatest view of Berlin (go at sunset ), has great music and places to just chill out . The best.

A bit of queue in the evenings, but a nice spot to see the sunset . Also a good idea to ask for a slice of orange in your wheat beer .

PERFECT place for hanging out, have cocktails and meet new people. Young atmosphere with very good vibes. Check out the Jeff Koons sculpture outside too!

Beautiful rooftop bar at Neukolln Arcade mall . You need to go to 5th floor via elevator and then walk up one more floor at the parking lot . Sunset deserves all the effort to come here.

A little bit difficult to find, but the best place to be when the weather is nice. Place has big outside area, club and bar so everyone will find what he/she likes. Not even speaking about the view .

Enter the mall and take the elevator to the top. Cover charge was 5€ when I visited. Each drink comes with a ticket that will return 1€ back to you if you bring an empty glass/bottle to the bar .

Great view from this rooftop bar . To find it, enter the Arcade and follow the crane symbols on the floor. There can be a fee for the entrance (due to some events ). Worth to check the program first ;).

Cool bar located on top of a car park (get the elevator to the 5th floor, then walk up the car park ramp). Very busy but a great location overlooking the city . Nice to sit in the sun.

Here is a must visit place! Terrace is good but if it is rainy you can enjoy the cozy sofas inside. Enter from the shopping mall , it is at the top of the mall , over the parking area. Follow the signs

Perfect location to relax. Long line after 6pm. If you don't wanna pay the 3 euros, you can sit on the right in the entrance area, next to the little bar where they serve great cocktail creations!
