名物とりかわ 10本。皮下脂肪の少ない首の皮だけを使用するので、贅沢に1本で2羽分使用。3日間に分けて7回焼くので、外はカリカリ、中はジューシーな味わい。そのままでも、酢醤油 と一味を混ぜたものや柚子胡椒 に付けても美味！ 人形 町 にもお店があります
名物のとりかわだけでなく、あまり東京では食べれない、ささみのシギ焼きもオススメです

My favorite yakitori spot. The skin and wings are incredible, and the atsumi is amazing if they have it. Ask for yuzu kosho. Can get really busy so go at off hours or get your hotel to make you a res. - Eric
