I love The Engineer with the Firehouse 'hot' sauce on it. It's not hot, but sweet and tangy . FYI- if you try the Mad Dog hot sauce , try a dot. It's a level 11 and will burn and burn!
Their steamed-style hot subs are pretty different that all the other sub joints. I enjoyed the Cub on a Sub .
Try the chef salad . Tummy!
Always love me some Firehouse! I recommend the Italian!
