Pizza Hut

Seriously understaffed, hence slow service and unattended customers. Looking forward for improvement. Only 2 person working in the front on Sunday.

Go only when not much people. Low on staff but so far, they're quite polite. Then again, maybe they're polite cos its not crowded during my visits there.

Be sure whn u order of their Coffee float. They will give u Choco float n said its coffee float even it taste like choco

Been here for only 10 mins, and I already heard 4 complaints. Yikes! Wonder how long my food will take. They should change the whole mgmt in this branch. It's been bad service for 10 yrs!

::: ULTIMATE TIPS - don't ever come here, service sux big time + the waiters quarrelled in front of customers. Cold serving of pizza , soups and pastas . Two thumbs down!!!

This branch has been around for ages. Food quality is almost the same. Customer Service wise have to improve.

Worst lasagna i've ever had and terrible customer service! Arrogant and rude staffs . Food proportion tooo small compared to other branch's.

One of the worst branch I've been to after 1utama. Was not service for 15 mins while pressing the call button. Manager on duty busy talking on her handphone for 15 mins.

Staff attitude is extremely bad.

The service sucks! We came in with a big group of almost 20 ppl yet none of the waiters came to give us menu.

Baby cockroaches merayap atas table, diorang buat bodoh je. Bila complaint, senyum je manager dia. Hawau! Menyesal tak sue je. Taknak makan kat sini dah even I'm staying at ttdi. Kecewa! =.=
