Salmon sashimi is so good. It's just like I get in California. Also try the egg (tamago) sushi .
The staff here are basically like my extended family. If you're dining as a group, you can sit at a nifty table that makes it feel like your dining on the floor all authentic like.
This is one of the only places to get real sushi and shashimi prepared by a Japanese Sushi Chef in Louisville. The quality and variety of fish available is superb, especially on Friday nights.
