Hotel Grand Star

Tavsiye etmiyorum. Otel ev spa çok pis. Otelde sadece girişte bir resepsiyon görevlisi var ve saygısızca davranıyor. I don't reccommend it at all. Hotel is very dirty the spa area is the same too.

Excellent location is the best about this hotel . Next is the view it has from the rooms window and balcony to the sea..just amazing

Always make sure your reservation in the upper floors with a sea view . If you take 2 connected rooms, 1 will have balcony

Spa işletmecisi agresif ve saygıdan yoksundu. The spa manager is agressive and has no respect to her customers.

Wifi is pretty fast here. But they cut it on last day of staying. Should then ask reception to give new login and password

The view is not neccessary when there is no good service and rude people. We do not feel ourselves in safe and we are scared while we are there.

This is a place where i fall in love again.

The air conditioning is operated from the reception. If it doesn't work, you need to ask them to put it on again.

Good location, clean room .

Otelde herhangi bir yetkili bile yoktu. There was not any manager at the hotel .

Only one Wi-Fi password per customer (btw slow as hell). Half of all sockets in the room are broken. Small bathroom . Poor shower cabin isolation lets water through. No soundproofing. A trashy place.

There is nothing is good:) service level is sucks, internet is extremely slow, I asked to fix it and nothing happened...breakfast is basic and not tasty at all...so don't come here:)

Otelin konforu ve açık büfe kahvaltısı vasatı aşamıyor. Fakat deniz tarafına bakan odaların manzarası gerçekten harika. Fiyatları makul denilebilir...

Mükemmel bir manzara ya sahip ve odaları mükemmel

Konumu süper odalari ve manzarasi da cok iyi olsada biraz eksikleri maalesef var

Servis ve muamele çok kötü olduğundan manzaranın hiçbir önemi yoktur. Otelde güvende hissetmedik ve korktuk.

بکی از بدترین هتل هایی که در‌ ترکیه تجربه کردم. واقعا ۲۵ میلیون تومان رو کردن تو پاچمون. اطلاعات تریپ ادوایزر و بوکینگ هم به روز نیستند

Ailece akşam yemegi yiyelim diye geldik. Karşılaştığımız durum bize şoke etti.

4 yıldız yakışmamış. Odalar küçük. Konforlu değil. Ayrıca Telefon çekmiyor.

Bon Hotel en general, essayez d'avoir des chambres dans les bâtiments de derrière avec balcons .

Berbat ötesi bir otel . Kim nerden “4 yıldız ” vermiş merak ediyorum. Herhalde kendi kendilerine karar vermişler. Lağım kokusu odalarda, televizyonlar çalışmıyor , kahvaltısı berbat ötesi, personel sığır

Biryani resmen böyleydi büyük hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Aile yemeğiniz rezil oldu. İstanbul büyükşehire de şikayet edeceğim.

Ужасный отель ! Такое впечатление, что находишься в кошачьем туалете. Ночь прошла под дискотечную музыку и плачь котят. Отовсюду скреблись и мяукали. В кровати червяки. Бежать отсюда!!!

Verilen paraya değmez yazik gunah personel çok soğuk ilgisiz

Sadece lokasyon güzel. Geri kalanı hayalkırıklığı.

Kahvaltı çeşidi tamam da çay konusunda sıkıntı var.
