Beautiful place to watch live music outside in downtown Raleigh. Even the Amtrak train likes the bands, cheering with its horn for every band before it arrives in Raleigh.
I love the concerts I have enjoyed at the Red Hat Amphitheater this summer. The outside venue adds to the experience as well as catching local bands before and after the show at Deep South The Bar .
Great Bands, Great Music , Great location. B+ beer /drink selections. Food is C+ for a venue. The only bad is the off duty cop / TSA vibe this place seeks for security, which has 0% mix with rock.
Ladies bathroom - the line to the far right one gets long but there is another to the left behind the drinks
Best small venue in NC. Great place to see bands likewise Trdeschi/Trucks or Widespread Panic. Beautiful downtown venue.
Cool venue with a good view of Raleigh, though the acoustics could be better...
This 5,600-capacity venue opened its first full season in early 2010. Enjoy the outdoor concerts and all the entertainment that Downtown Raleigh has to offer! Read more
Great venue. Ample parking and lots of police to keep it safe and keep everyone moving in and out of the show.
Phoebe Bridgers slayed. Great venue. Also loved seeing the Decemberists here
Great atmosphere for a concert in the heart of the city . No umbrellas allowed. Hats will be useful
You can find local & national craft beer here, though it's not cheap .
Enjoy some tasty comfort food at Poole’s Downtown Diner down the road from the Raleigh Amphitheater . They have the BEST mac-n-cheese around. – Team Live Nation
White Collar Crime is a block away and is always busy after a show. Cheap drinks and good times!!
The most cheaply put together venue I've ever been to. Great location though, and at least they sell decent beer for $10 a cup.
Brand New, in the latipac of North Cack!
Been here a few times. $10 for 24 oz cans and food is very limited: popcorn , hot dogs .
Awesome Amphitheatre right in downtown Raleigh. But the beers are more expensive than they are at National's Park in DC.... Read more
Very cool venue in the heart of downtown!

Hoppyum IPA on tap pretty great but seriously - $10?! Who can afford these prices?
Fun venue but don't try to watch from the top of the parking deck. The cops will bust you! Read more
If you can get in the double- letter seats, DO! Well worth it!
Grab something to eat before you get here. The food costs an arm and a leg and there's not much variety.
There is a designated smoking area . I guess segregation now and forever? :-)
Very nice day/evening...can't take umbrellas in.
Very good music venue
$20 for 2 beers . Better off getting drunk before the show at any of the local bars
Solid venue. Good acoustics . Aviator beer on tap . Dig it.
We were told when we arrived that chairs were no longer allowed in the lawn section, a decision they made the day of the show with no communication of any kind sent out. Go to another venue! ????????????????
Lots of bathroom stalls and attendants.
Live Concerts downtown under the stars.
Awesome venue! With trains rolling by for effect
Hit up Draft before the concert ! They're opening at 4pm just for all the O.A.R. fans!
Park just up the street for free parking if you leave after 7! Just go 3 blocks north.
Soaking wet. Beers are $10. A different experience
Be prepared...beer is $10 a can.

Get there early... they dont' manage the lines very well ... 45 minutes to get in and 30 minutes to get beer/water
Nice place!
VIP Rules! Get tix!
VIP rocks!
Everyone that works here is rude as hell. I paid for my tickets and just want to hear a song they happened to play while I was walking out. Chill out and let me listen...I PAID FOR THIS.
Great place to see fantastic bands that simply don't have the following to justify an outdoor venue! Bar staff is quick and friendly and for being so small, rarely do you feel too cramped. - Tim Chasteen
The VIP has a Stella Artois bottle chandelier! So cool! Very cool artwork and random crafted pieces to explore. - Morgan Talbot
A MUST for any of my trips home. Amazing beer selection. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have homemade chips. - Melinda Jackson
Play with the motion activated water fountain. It's a lot of fun for a small group. - @ExploreRaleigh
