There are plenty of people around to help. If you can't find someone there are buttons in the aisles to press to get their attention. Also, you can look dumb and someone will ask if you need help :-)
My wife bought our new carpet here and a day later a Chinese company called "Perfect Hardware" charged $2000 in fraudulent charges to her card the same time the Lowes charges went through. Beware.

If you need help in professional services , plan on waiting forever. It looks like they must only have one professional in each store.

The bathrooms are GROSS but the staff is friendly ! Not the bathroom staff , that isnt what I meant at all!
