LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!! It was my 1st time here. Service, food, drinks, environment was great!! Make a reservation and have a sweet, smoky drink.

The goblet drinks are amazing!! The Nutella crepe and chicken and waffles are superb! Definitely a place to check out. Fun for the whole family or for a date night . Tons of stuff to do within walking

Sugar Factory is a unique dinning experience combining smoking drinks, rainbow sliders , and music . This is no dinner ; this is a party! Be sure to try the Ocean Blue - It is like sitting on the beach !

So cute !!!! The drinks are great they have so many new things to try! Haven't tried the food yet so that's still up in the air!

Loved the place as an atmosphere it was full of joy but the food was less than average although I would come again seeking for fun

Love this place! We will stop here at every visit to Orlando.

The food was alright, my burger was eh and my fries were soggy. I had a foot beer float cocktail which was the only good thing there we had. The goblet didn't taste like it had any alcohol in it.

It's a nice place for drinks and candy . The food itself isn't too great.

We weren't greeted standing at the empty counter for 5-10 minutes. They walked by several times and pretended we werent there. They did once the manager came over

This is the worst establishment I have been to in a long time! EXTREMELY long wait times for seating and service. Subpar/overpriced food in a food court seating setting. PS-Those big drinks are $30!
