I'm a prepaid user since 2003. I was quite amazed that it took me only 15 minutes to replace my unreadable sim card w/ a new one (same #) on a payday Friday. It was for free too!
Mylene and Lynne are two CSRs I admire as they deal with the complaints in depth. If you are lucky to be picked from a long queue by these two staff , waiting was worth it.
Best plan for out-of-towners with an unlocked BlackBerry is the BBMAX unlimited data for 30 days P599. SIM card costs P40.
Don't forget to bring something to help you with the wait time. They have free wifi so take advantage of that

Bad customer service! It will not take 30mins just to check if unit is ready & another hour to wait, only if 1) u entertain 1 customer a time 2) give serving # d moment a customer ask for it.
Customer Service lanes suck here. Been waiting for more than 1.5 hours now. Only 2 Customer Service representatives are present and actively working. Plus there are supposedly 5 CS booths WTF Globe?!
I'm warning you that not all employees are nice. Some are extremely rude! But don't be lenient with them as you can make a complaint to the manager in charge!
Goodness they sell blackberry handsets but all they know is basic troubleshooting .
