I'm a prepaid user since 2003. I was quite amazed that it took me only 15 minutes to replace my unreadable sim card w/ a new one (same #) on a payday Friday. It was for free too!

Mylene and Lynne are two CSRs I admire as they deal with the complaints in depth. If you are lucky to be picked from a long queue by these two staff , waiting was worth it. 

Best plan for out-of-towners with an unlocked BlackBerry is the BBMAX unlimited data for 30 days P599. SIM card costs P40.

Don't forget to bring something to help you with the wait time. They have free wifi so take advantage of that

Actually, most of the time.. They dont know what to response in your concern.. They are very delayed in posting your payments ..

My queue is 1240 and it is currently 1202. This is taking forever just to pay your bill.

Bad customer service! It will not take 30mins just to check if unit is ready & another hour to wait, only if 1) u entertain 1 customer a time 2) give serving # d moment a customer ask for it.

Customer Service lanes suck here. Been waiting for more than 1.5 hours now. Only 2 Customer Service representatives are present and actively working. Plus there are supposedly 5 CS booths WTF Globe?!

I'm warning you that not all employees are nice. Some are extremely rude! But don't be lenient with them as you can make a complaint to the manager in charge!

Goodness they sell blackberry handsets but all they know is basic troubleshooting .

Prepare sleeping bags, lots of water and porta potty when you want to get after sales service here. Uber long lines and slow after sales.

No queues during weekday afternoon on payment .

Sales giving out stubs took a long time answering a query of a customer; should have been forwarded to a sales rep asap.

Stupid customet reps. Taking their breaks while lot of people on queue.

The service is as poor as their signal.

Express lane not open? What?? And don't tell me to use the hotline. I prefer face to face service that's why I went here in the first place.

Express Service queue is not even "express". Representatives working here is not even eager to help you with your concern.
