Southwest inspired in this case means Arizona, not New Mexico. Paella is a thing in AZ and they do it well here. Everything in the cart is made in house except for buns and tortillas . Get yaself some.
WILLIAMS AVE: Yum! Great when you just want a quick bite to eat! The paella is super good, so are the cemita sandwiches .
A large group just came in and cleaned them out of their special Tortilla Español, so that must be good.
