Good service but VT stores don’t always have the selection if your goal is to assess look and feel of a certain product. In my case it was AWSeries3 in SS...no other place in the area had it either.

New automated service system is meant to impress but is really over the top. Yes, there is such a thing as too much technology.

Much of what I have heard is mgmt. If CSR does not sell, then they are out. I know two people who have worked as a CSR there. Terrible place to work.

This place has the worst customer service. I thought I was going to go nuts waiting in line for over an hour. And only took the tech not even 5 minutes to fix the issue! Come heavy medicated!!!

Are you kidding me? 20 people waiting , at least 15 Verizon reps and only 4 booths actually helping people.. That's 11 Verizon ppl doing absolutely nothing! Worst service ever!

Seems like customer service is an issue here. Seems like employees rather stand around and talk amongst them selves then help out.
