The room is quite decent and I’m not going to complain. The breakfast is good
Very, very slow wireless lan! Normal costs 8 Euro/Day! Mobile is also not reachable in the room (Telekom). You need room card to use the elevator , so no one can visit. Too expensive for bad service!
Service is bad but also offensive. Utterly helpless as well . I'd rather sleep under a bridge than staying here for another day.

Seminarraum im 13. Stock, toller Blick. Seminsrverpflegung war völlig in Ordnung.
Auf den oberen Etagen hat man einen tollen Blick auf Hamburg..
Super Hotel , zentral gelegen mit Fenster zum Park sehr ruhig.
Sehire uzak otobusden sonra bile parkdan yurumek gerek personel suratsiz mi suratsiz ! hotel yeni yemekler berbat breakfast idare eder tum hotelde alman otoritesi hakim off iyiki donduk !

The hotel is in a prime location. We had a lovely harbor view from the room. The restaurant's food was quite good and the staff was very attentive :-) - Ivana D
