Great service. I love the pulled pork sandwich and fries but the quality is inconsistent. I was served spoiled cole slaw with my sandwich today. Not cool

Need local beers on tap ! The beer selection is good if you want mainstream but no local Austin beers . Not cool.

Yeah the service pretty much sucks unless you actually sit at the bar , but they allow smoking inside, which is good for rainy days, so you gotta take the good with the bad I guess

It's now totally non-smoking even in the bar .

New management a few months ago and the service went from slow and laden with mistakes to prompt and accurate.

Tea tastes like dishwater. Wings are BARELY warm when they arrive @ your table. I only come here because my kids drag me here & it's next door to the cinema .

Lots of great sauces to try. The Caribbean jerk and spicy garlic are great on the wings .

Horrible service. I've really tried to like this place over 3 years but I will never come back. No excuse for so many mistakes and generally apathy towards customers.

Slow service, I have been here many times and my order usually gets messed up. Not always though, mojitos are pretty yummy need more mint . Try the black cherry mojito

Just be careful on a Friday night with hungry kids. Get the celery sticks. 30+ min waits for a kids meal is possible.

No hostess to seat us. Slow service, had to ask for silverware, drinks refilled as we were ready to leave. Food was ok but not great

Not impressed. Came with a manageable sized party. My food came out no less than 15 min after the last person served. The manager didn't even care.

Usually pretty crummy service. Slow wait staff who pays no attention to the order in which guests arrive. Been here many, many times and it doesn't get better. Probably one of the worst bdubs.

Got up and walked out after no service for 10 minutes after being seated. Servers standing around, dining area not busy!

Super slow service. Left a booth to sit at the bar after waiting ten minuets for a server. Bar tender wasn't too attentive either.

Slow, slow, slow service. Always slow. After 20 minutes & getting 3 others orders before ours (but came in after us) they finally took our order. Less greeters, more servers needed.
