Cud everyone suggest to them to put a bell or sth on d table to signal d waiter ? It takes forever to wait for d waiter to come n take d order when u sit at d back.

Contrary to other comments, the service is pretty good here so far. Cosy restaurant .

Service unfortunately have not improved since I was here last March. Such a pity since they are located in a very cozy environment .

Have to sign up to their Internet service on a website before can gain Internet access via WIFI . Not agreeable about this.

The manager is missing and the staff have to call the Onwer to open the shop. They finally open at 11pm but we can only order bread and eggs ....

Service better now.. favorite menu is nasi lemak .. the best!

I wonder how come oldtown can still survive in this F&B market ? All their outlets have service problem. I went there twice and I told myself I would never step in again. I rather go PappaRich

Very bad service. Slow and not responding to customers. Very bad management team. & now they close down in the middle of operation when my hor fun is not even served after waitng for more than an hour

a proper training or new sets of crew is required. crews are ignorant, lack of sense of urgency. Service is rather slow. would rather go paparich that is nearby.

Service sucks! I gave him the order already and the table behind us the food came and even the drinks we order haven't come! Then only rmb haven't key in!! Wait for 30minutes, food not coming!!!!! ????
