Try Executive Chef J. Rogers' Spice Menu (in Brisa Bistro or in the Gallery Lounge ). It's a 3 course dinner special for $35/person. EXCELLENT!!! Menu changes weekly... so ask the server :)
The American buffet is awesome! They also have a la carte items that are delicious... Steak and eggs , Huevos Rancheros , and lots more! Yum :D
