Starbucks

I think this is the only Starbucks in Hershey. They've got outdoor seating and a spacious inside . The baristas got my orders right every time.

Long lines sometimes, but staff is very friendly and move quickly. Great experience!

This SB has since redeemed itself. The staff now knows me by name, knows my drink to a T, and is more than helpful. :)

Ridiculously busy on the weekends, but if you can go during the week/after work, it's great to sit outside with a pumpkin spice or gingerbread latte .

This location gets pretty busy in the afternoon, so give yourself a few extra minutes.

When I accidentally dumped the coffees that I had purchased for my staff in my car, they replaced them for free.

Use mobile order here. Way faster than waiting in line !

This Starbucks hoards the splash sticks for some reason. If you want one, you have to ask the baristas.

They have a bathroom here that is cleaner and usually less crowded then the ones meant for outlet shoppers.

I don't like this Starbucks anymore. Two days in a row I ask for something, everyone looks at each other confused, & I order something else that they end up screwing up anyhow! All I want is soy milk !

You have got to try the "Dirty Chai ", grande chai latte with a shot of Espresso

Ice Skinny Latte with 2 pump mocha and 2 pump coconut...yummy!

Beware of the snarky barista Matt. He is really a nice guy.

Very crowded and only one person on register. Took over 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee .

Seems like they are constantly out of the liquid sweetener. You'd think being so busy, they'd have more ordered. Fail

Average wait time for a beverage here is about 23 minutes. Slowest Starbucks ever. 😔
