Slow service when lots of people barge to the counter waiting for their beverage. And the cashier isn't there to take orders as well .

Rude service. I had to wait to for my receipt while the cashier left the counter to socialize with a fellow worker. Finally after my drink was made I had to ask for it!!! Not very professional.
