It's called Por Fin because it took the owner 3 years to open... "Coño, por fín ya se abrio!" ...Another little bit of trivia , the owner is the son of the man who brought pizza to Spain via Telepizza.

Por Fin translates "finally". I absolutley agree, the Huevos Pir Fin is the best appetizer Ive ever had.
