Nice hotel in a good part of the city . The breakfast buffet is amazing and very reasonable... Chinese, Indian, American offerings with an omelette station

My absolute favourite hotel in KL . stayed here for Valentine's Day and as usual the standards were high. Also very helpful staff who helped me find my suit which I had left behind when checking out.

Had a fantastic stay here. Quality hotel chain with impeccable service . Would recommend anyone to stay here when in KL. Pavilion across the road for shopping, food and entertainment.

Excellent location in the middle of KL town w. walking distance to the Pavillion mall.Disappointed with the breakfast spread , used 2be more generous with more variety.The spread has gone on a ‘diet’!

Westin Weekend staffs are so friendly that it becomes quite creepy actually. Overall all the staffs are attentive and nice! Banquet manager, Zu is super helpful! Thumbs up.

Feeling bored? Head to level 4 where there's the gym , pool, yoga studio , table tennis (ping pong ), foosball , darts , basketball , snooker

Amazing breakfast especially for an American looking to get in a big meal in case the local food doesn't appeal. ( I love the local food though)

There's a food court directly opposite the hotel . Located at level Basement 1, the quickest route is to cross the road & access the escalator from the entrance facing the hotel

Ping pong/table tennis table on level 4, near the pool. Get bats and ball from pool counter

My all time favourite hotel in KL . Large rooms and bathrooms , not to mention the Heavenly bed & pillows ...really my kind of heaven on earth.

Old property needed upgrade, but still very comfortable with attentive staff & great recognition for Platinum members. Must try the steakhouse ????

Breakfast & weekend hi-tea at the Living Room is good. Prego is a great place for lunch or dinner . If you have kids, ask for the kids menu . They are willing to accommodate most requests!

The surau (Muslim prayer room ) is on level 4, the same level as the gym & swimming pool
