Beds are comfy , unless you want to spend all your sunny afternoons M-W in the spa....don't expect to use their outdoor pool or chaise loungers in the 27th floor rooftop bar area until after 4pm. Dumb.
Really wonderful time here with my three girl friends. Staff was beyond friendly ! The room was always cleaned to perfection. The style and vibe was perfect. Bonus: only a few blocks from Broadway!!

What a beautiful new hotel ! I rate my hotel stays on three things: service, how soft the towels are, and beds. This place exceeds my expectations on everything!

Close to Music Center, 5min walking away. Very elegant, so chic . Lobby bar is very cool. Rooms are descent in size, very clean . Prices vary but they are above average.
