Tasty spicy dipping ramen . You can adjust the spiciness (辣) and numbness (麻) levels. You can also choose how much noodles you want. Refill soup broth and noodles . Wait can be long at peak meal times.

They only have tsukemen here; for ramen , go to their other shop a few blocks away. The noodles are perfect and the spicy peppercorn dipping soup is unique and tasty.

Melt-your-face-off tsukemen here. I'd even say this is better than their ramen joint, as you can control the amount of spice in each bite. Long lines , though -- longer than next door.

Noodles are excellent texture. Service a little hit-or-miss. Worth the wait.

Don't believe the hype - I had the award-winning regular spiced #miso #tsukemen and it is one dimensional as all get out. Didn't even finish flavor was so boring

辣度與麻度均可調整，鬼增麻或鬼增辣需加30元。沾麵份量亦可調整，小180克、中270克、大360克，特大540克需加30元。沾麵麵體可選冷熱，沾汁亦可加熱及最後加湯飲用。

鬼金棒拉麵與沾麵分兩個店址供應。這裏是沾麵。拉麵在長安西路19巷2弄35之1號。

花椒味的麻辣湯頭，相當香，一個不同的粘麵味道。建議點豪華版，多一點抄豆芽菜比較剛好。

麵量很足，一般人建議從小份開始。習慣吃辣的不要猶豫直接麻辣增量，不然其實不太辣。
