Embassy Suites by Hilton

My favorite Embassy in Nashville. It's away from the fray and will give you free parking if you are flying out. Be a nice human to the front desk folks. They are even more helpful when you are.

Great hotel - was upgraded to Premier Suite which even at a Lifetime Diamond status doesn’t always happen anymore. Breakfast organized well with weekend crowd. Hotel back to Pre-Covid services. ????

Recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The staff are super friendly and really care about their guests' experiences.

The staff is fantastic. They are really great at saying they are sorry. Problem is they say sorry quite often. Not very good in my experience of ES.

Don't trust your idiot friend to help your girlfriend book a hotel he kind of remembers, he'll mess it up every time. Nice hotel so far though

Managers reception has open full bar for 2 hrs every night! Complimentary omelet breakfast ! Don't pay for wifi .

This hotel is undergoing a major renovation. The entire atrium is closed and they set up temp registration. Not a particularly convenient time to stay here but they are trying and should be worth it.

Front desk staff=amazing! Saved me when online booking screwed up the dates & corporate ES told me too bad. Kharl gave me a room at the same rate & advised me how to properly dispute the situation.

Remodeling. Will be nice when done but not very convenient right now. Would have stayed somewhere else had I known it was so disruptive. They probably should have closed for the remodel.

Inconsistent cleaning (if any), but functional if all you are doing is crashing at the end of a long day.

The worst ES ever. Check out the one in Murfreesboro. It's newer and usually cheaper. A lot less noisy as well .

Terrible hotel ... Old, dirty , horrible front desk, don't care if you are HH or not... Bar is old and full of flies, no draft, small menu. Never staying here again.

This Hotel needs remodeling or at least update the rooms. Internet speeds are awful

The worst ES I have stayed in. Glad I got this room for budget rate. I would be pissed to have paid full rate.

check your room, some are horribly musty. smells like mold furniture

Gostei do hotel , um omelette no cafe da manha que vale a pena, boa piscina e ambiente familiar , so a cama wue peca por ser estreita.
