Best hotel in Miri by far. Rooms are reasonably priced and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is splendid. Pool & gym is great. Check-in can be a bit slow. But totally worth it.
The rooms are spacious . A very comfortable bed and pillow . Recommended to check the restaurant on 17th floor, the city view is astounding. Parking in front of hotel will be charge 80MYR per night
Good hotel , really nice view to the city of Miri, and this hotel also have a "shortcut" to one of Miri's biggest malls , the bintang megamall, and the staff are friendly , except for the internet.
Stayed here a few times for business trip. Pros, lobby has direct link to shopping mall , with a few restaurant , Starbucks, Boost, etc. Cons, local street food is almost non existence area this area.
Excellent check in time, less than 5 mins. Awesome view . Great housekeeping. Friendly service .

Pros: Convenience of being connected to Bintang MegaMall, nice deluxe twin bed rooms. Cons: Wifi is not reliable, no bedroom slippers, have to pay upfront, currently only one lift in operation.

Newest hotel and still have good interior and mats however room facilities is degrading eg towel seem to be few years old, no shavers, body lotion, cotton but. Sometimes stench from toilet vents

Mall entrance is right by the hotel lobby. No need to even go out of the hotel ! Starbucks and 7-11 nearby.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Bedsheet, pillow and duvet are very smelly even after complaints everyday for our 4 days trip. Aircond was also not functioning. Wi-fi was ok though.

What a stingy hotel . They charge RM50 for every extra towel. They purposedly disconnect the washing pipe in the guest toilet ground floor. Will change to Empirial Hotel .
