Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we’re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes...

Beautifully creative menu and breakfast offerings. Trendy , modern vibe. Food better than most. Try the chilaquiles ! Crazy crowded on Sundays - expect to wait an hour! Play ping pong while you do 😊
On a busy Saturday morning we were told 15-25 minutes wait for a table. It was less than 10! Live the text message when the table was ready giving us time to walk the plaza . My Bloody Maria was great!
Been looking forward to trying this place. It's open until 2:30 pm and has a rare breakfast-only menu. I had the eggs over with fantastic hashies. Chicken sausage is a flat pancake . It's a keeper.
Excellent breakfast spot ! Food and drinks are on point! It gets super packed for weekend brunch , so you can go on Yelp or download their app to reserve your spot in line !
1st time here. Noisy atmosphere is no big deal. Good food prepared from scratch takes time & this food is worth the wait.Spuds Deluxe with green chile sauce , Beef Barbacoa & 1 egg on top. Delicious.
Cinnamon bun pancake isn't on the menu but it's delicious. If you can't choose what Benedict you want you can choose two different ones for an order. Try the Havana Benedict and a verde Bloody Mary !
Highly recommend Snooze. Sit at the bar . Friendly staff . Coffee great, pineapple upside down pancakes excellent, breakfast tacos and breakfast burrito (green) perfect. A+
The pineapple upside-down pancakes are a must have! The breakfast burrito is awesome and fully customizable. Snooze is my all-time favorite breakfast spot , this side of the Mississippi.
Going solo? The bar seating is at a full length window affording plenty of sightseeing view (parking lot and Camelback).
Snooze, an A.M. Eatery offers just about any kind of breakfast you could want. The cocktail menu is amazing- Forget normal mimosas and Bloody Mary's & go for a Brewmosa !
Don’t snooze on this place! Pun intended, great food, good vibes and amazing service. Typically busy on weekends.
The Eggs Benedict are great! You can mix and match. Try the breakfast pot pie and Bangkok Bloody Mary !!!
Pancake flight is a definite winner. Options rotate, but if the Dutch one is available definitely go for it.
Good food, hash browns have a strong onion taste due to onion powder, if you have an onion intolerance get the fruit , $2.00 extra but it’s fresh and worth it
It's hard to pick just one off this great menu! The caprese eggs Benedict was great. Fun breakfast spot , but be aware it is pretty loud inside.
Love Snooze and they're concept. Great atmosphere in a hip modern twist on breakfast . Bring the kiddies. Stroller friendly at this location.
Their food is great but I broke out in a rash from the mimosa . Icky champagne . I almost froze to death in there yesterday too. Food was cold in under 2 minutes. But will be back & will recommend.
Snooze is a modern twist on breakfast/brunch, pro tip: to really mix up your brunch beverage order a Brewmosa or AM Manhattan .
The food and service here is always great. The only problem is the music is just too loud . I like background music but shouting at the table over it isn't enjoyable durning breakfast .
They have excellent pancakes . Try the pancake flight . I highly recommend the carrot cake and if they have it, red velvet .
Can't go wrong with the OMG French Toast ! Add a side of bacon and get a latte and you have the perfect breakfast !
Amazing! Get the Gazpacho Bloody Mary and you must try Havanna Dreamin!
Get here early or you might wait a while for a table. Huevos Rancheros are the bomb!
Breakfast tacos are incredible. Very funky place - worth the wait!!
Pancake of the day: buttermilk with bacon , cheddar , and jalapeno...the creamy sauce is with cheddar .
Great food and breakfast today.,. However the guy blowing up balloon figures at the tables on Sunday has to go. Loud , obnoxious, and unecessary.
Delicious food! Get there early because the wait is long. Interior design is mid century modern and fun!
Best breakfast spot around
Food is great. There is almost always a wait on weekends, but it's worth it. Great place.
Bangkok Bloody Mary rivals the best at Screen Door (Portland) and Hash House a Go-Go in San Diego.
Excellent Bloody Mary and pancake flights . Fantastic service in a wonderful atmosphere
Everything I've had to eat has been great. So is the retro vibe.
Juans barbocoa tacos are delishish. The wait after 830 Sunday was about 20 minutes, which is what they said it would be.
Everything is amazing. Especially the bloody Mary's and the pineapple upside down pancakes .
Excellent vibe except, several notches too loud on the house tunes .
All of their eggs Benedict options and their OMG French toast !
Full bar , locs & amazingly unique and tasty breakfast dishes
it gets really crowded here on the weekends, but the counter is first come, first serve. the food is pretty good
Free coffee while you wait. Inside front doors to the right.
Bustling spot with as-expected food and service. PHX water is strange tho, don't drink.
As a Denver native & patron of the ballpark location, I 💛 Snooze. I was disappointed - wasn't quite as tasty, but the atmosphere and drinks were still dead on! Crossing my fingers it was an off day.
So fresh and fab! Can't go wrong with pancakes of the day.
Long wait , but definitely worth it! Play ping pong in the back.
Cute place and delicious with plenty of healthy choices !
Sooo good, arrive early. Benedicts are good!
Agree the chicken sausage is very tasty!
Awesome service. Great good. Got to check it out
The benedicts are amazing!
Everything. So far, best breakfast in phoenix
Try the chocolate pancakes and the breakfast burritos
All of the food is amazing. Make sure you get the O.J. and sourdough bread with preserves. There may be a wait but is worth it! - Heather France
