The buffet lunches and breakfasts are great. If travelling alone opt to sit at the counter

The service of the bar and the main restaurant is too slow, and even they have a small menu not all the dishes are available (and the specialities restaurants are always full)

Great gym , you can plug in your iPhone on the top to charge and make sure to check out the games on the elliptical machines to make your work out fly by ...

It's a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms but the service in the restaurants and bar is terrible!

Great place to stay lots of great amenities and very friendly staff . Only problem with the location is the traffic.

Para os hospedados entre o 19° e 22° andar, acesso ao grand lounge com café da manhã continental, espaço com café e água durante o dia e coquetel das 18h às 20h.

Excelente opção para spa , piscina e hospedagem com pacotes de final de semana. O atendimento é excelente mas existem pequenas falhas como na fila na recepção em alguns momentos com poucos atendentes

Não tem 5 estrelas a toa. O atendimento é extraordinário, mas também beeeem formal. Tem 3 restaurantes , incluindo um japonês e um francês. A academia é ótima e tem piscina aquecida.
