do I want to give you this tip? If it's a peak time , go just before a class starts if you want a cardio machine anytime this year. Class-goers get off the machines & go to class leaving them wide open

They used 2 let u pick up 2 classes , but its changed. U can't get a pass until exactly 1 hr before. Exactly when u plan on being in another class . Unless u pay $1 to reserve . What r the fees for??

David R's class is BORinG!!! Run of the mill official Zumba moves. Don't waste ur time. Try Alicia's classes she does Zumba and top 40 radio . Time flies with her fun choreography and hit songs u know!

The place is well maintained but as for the smell of the gym even when its nearly empty is indescribable; a mixture of body odor and smelly gym towels.

I am so glad to benhere today. I have been coming here for years. It's my home away from home. I am looking forward to a great work out :-)

Convenient location, always find parking . Enough equipment and clean

Bring you're own water bottle. The faucets have mold where the water comes out. Yum...

Emily's turbo kick is the bomb. Time flies and next thing you know you've burned 500 calories.

Kelly's spin class is amazing!

Best time to go is very early....
