The skillets are the way to go. The Desparado and El Conquistador are excellent!
May I suggest an update on your interior.? The hunter green paint and burgundy oilcloth is so tired . Freshen up with some new paint colors and the shabby chippy moulding.
The Hen Pen is a classic traditional. Been coming here for years and get it every time. ????????
I love their make your own omlet option. My wife swears by the Mont Blanc . Both are worth a try!

Get either the Granola Cakes or Battered Toast w/ "Sassy Apples ". Delicious if you love granola and honey .
