The food is great the granddaughters had a cheeseburger and chicken strips said that was good. My wife and I split a bowl of clam chowder and the combo of battered cod and clam strips it was great.
It's a really good restaurant with an extremely nice staff . But if your vegan like I it's hard to find anything to eat off the menu . Try the veggie taco with no cheese or ranch dressing . Very good!

They must have gotten better! Place was packed and our Salmon Caesars (excellent) and fish tacos came in 20 minutes. Sit toward Windows line can get snake through counter side of Shack.
Order and pay for your food up front, then wait... and wait... "Relax. It'll be worth the wait," they said. While the food was good, I wouldn't go that. far. Come on - 40 minutes for fish and chips ?
Battered cod fish and chips are fabulous. The best in the area for sure
Food was good but not great. Really expensive for what we got and SLOW!!!! Ordered Best of the West which is salad , half sandwich and cup of chowder and Crab melt with fries . Cost was $40.00.
Food that takes 5 minutes to fry, takes FIFTY minutes to get to your table.

Took a party of 8 there tonight. First food came after 1 hour.More came at 1 and 1/2 hours, half of that icy cold.After two hours got rest still icy cold. Terrible service & food tonight. .
Horrible place, had to wait for 50mins for food and the people here never bothered to tell you that when you walk in. And the food was meh. Not coming back ever again.
Great food! If they are busy it takes quite awhile to get your food.
