Sign up for cardio machines and be there on time as a courtesy to other gym-goers. Also, deodorant goes a long way :)
The Gym is always busy with guys trying to get their six pack on! The best time to work out is early in the morning, before 12pm!
Staff can sign up for cardio machines by calling ahead!
The mayor here is crazy hardcore. Don't get on her bad side :P
People don't flush in the women's change room!
