Many have claimed that Yoga Tree's Castro studio is the best and most supercharged yoga space, with the best, most luminous bouquet of teachers in the City. You can feel the charge as you walk into this luminous and stunning space right in the heart of the Castro (not surprising since it was a former dance hall).

Don't miss out on a class with Buddy Macuha! He will have you sweating to awesome tunes and always manages to keep a smile on your face. His classes are always a treat.
Janet Stone is a force. A very senior teacher and her classes are unique and extremely challenging. Your legs and abs will thank you. She also has a deep spiritual vibe.
Saturday morning with Janet is a great way to start your weekend - yoga with chanting and a little dancing
Mark's advanced vinyasa class will kick your ass and make you feel incredible!

Such a long line a Sunday afternoon
Wearing good form fitting, moisture wicking top comes in really handy if you’re not keen on showing off your tummy during inversions. Namasté
Not the cleanest or newest, but great instructors !
Don't miss kerri kelly classes , great naturally flowing sequences, very challenging + always a great soundtrack.
Get there early and try to get a spot towards the front. Otherwise if you are not a regular it is hard to hear what we are supposed to be doing :)
Try one of Kerri 's Vinyasa classes ! Bonus: If you're a runner, she'll have some great poses for you.
4:30 class had tons of space.
Nervous about not being able to do things other people do in yoga class ? It’s OK. Most people are so focused on what they’re doing in class , they don’t notice what anyone else is doing. Namasté
