A simple beauty. Get there early to grab tables,they go quickly. Large bathroom facilities and snack vendors on site. Perfect way to spend a summer day.
Clean bathrooms and facilities, several lifeguards and an easy trip from NYC. Thank goodness for the state parks system.
The water was cleaner in the 80s they need to add more cleaning pumps. Also duck or geese poop everywhere

Come early for a table!!! They have grills but bring your own.
Need to follow the green mark on the trees , otherwise will just get lost very soon

it was madness. I don't think I'd recommend it on a day that is bound to be crowded . The water was refreshing but murky.
