I have been coming here since I was little (and that was a heck of a long time ago! lol). I love it here :)
It's a nice little park that has well maintained grass . It's mostly where the homeless people coalesce.
It's chill . Right near Jive's so you can still hear the live music .
Lots of "recreational users". Lots of grass .
