Son wanted a game that was $20 cheaper on Amazon. Best Buy said they won't price match online retailers . They may want to rethink that. I bought the game on Amazon while still in their store.

High markup on used games . Sometimes you'll find the same game new cheaper than its used counterpart.

This place needs to get it together. Everything I come here to buy it is out of stock. Then when I get the email saying my product is ready to be picked up the store still can't have it ready for me.

They recycle old electronics for you. Just tell the greeter at the entrance and they'll take them away!

Completely incompetent. I went to get a dock for my new iPhone and it took four different associates to determine that they hadn't had that item in stock for months. Should've gone to the Apple store.
