Lake Kawaguchi-ko

Follow the lovely walking trail and walk across to the other side of the lake for a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. It's a slightly longer trek, but worth it!

Come early,it might be cloudy afternoon.Take kachi2 ropeway directly to see the whole view of lake&Mt.Fuji.There r so many activities:hiking , pleasure boat ,etc. Definitely need the whole day to enjoy

I took the Kachi Kachi Ropeway to an observation point to see Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The ride departs every 5 to 10 minutes and costs 700 yen (SGD9) for the round trip.

One of the most popular of the Fuji 5 lakes . Stroll around the lake and enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji (assuming the clouds aren’t covering it).

Beautiful lake with many hotels around it. Yet, not many cafes and restaurants there! Very crowded with tourists .

I visited there in Autumn red leave so it was cool, and more romantic . Sceneric Fuji, and Kawaguchiko lake , Quiet , and peaceful

Unesco World Cultural Heritage with many hotels and tourist traps around.

From the direction of kawaguchiko station, walk to the other side of the lake to have a view of mt.fuji. mt. fuji is behind you as you walk

The flowers are not yet ready in early April, but the lake itself was pretty and calming .

Come here in the morning or afternoon.. The Fuji mountain will not be seen at noon since it's covered by cloud ..

There's a second convenience store just a short walk further down the road . Prices are more reasonable than the first one!

朝一番の逆さ富士。午後になると曇っちゃいます。。

本当かどうか真偽は不明ですが…デスバーガーってホラー映画 のロケ地(CM内で使われてる)だそうです…

ホテル や観光 なら北〜北東地区でしょうか。昭和感と新しさが混在しています。橋 を渡って、北原ミュージアムもお勧め。

富士山 が見えれば絵になる画像が撮れます。

毎年8/5は湖上祭。湖 に打ちあがる花火 は秀逸。

近くにあるスマル印の蜂蜜 屋さんの『ハチミツ ソフトクリーム 』がおいしいです。
