Dedicated area for Biz Class passengers. Top-notched customer service. Can check in at one's convenience. Immigration service is also separate. Saves the hassle of long Q as BKK airport is super BZ.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and accommodating. I left my handy on the plane and she immediately helped me to call the lost and found crew to return my hp. Excellent service indeed! Thx!

Dedicated check in, security, and passport control . At BKK that's worth a ton, even the business class security and passport lines for all other airlines can take forever and a day.

Great service at Royal Silk check in area. Include private immigration and custom sections.

Alwyas overcrowded. Poor food selection. Alcohol bar at the only one corner so you have to run for a glass of wine through the runing people from one side to the other. Lounge is the shame of Thai

Ban Chinese. They damn too noisy all over !

Avoid elder staff who does not know how to handle irregularity!
