Went to an appointment at the Genius Bar on Saturday. Amazing service. 100's of people there but they dealt with me quickly, efficiently and without being rushed. Loved it.

I've had nothing but great service here. Matt was excellent, so helpful and understanding. The guys here take time to here you, actually listen to you. Not just sell you stuff. Best customer service!!

The store is packed on the weekend, your best bet is to go during the week if you can. Staff are friendly & enthusiastic.

The place is packed with assistants and customers. I liked the con that they are hackproof, but NOTHING IS HACK PROOF. If you go there don't expect Tech help in detail because aples are easy tofigure.

Really bad customer service here. I do not like it. I just like the Apple products! Not the people that are employ to work there. 3/10 for customer service. Not happy Jane!!
