Lakeside Diner

You walk in thinking it’s your normal diner , but boy were we wrong. No other place will serve a doughy, homemade sugar-coated doughnut like these. You will find yourself bringing a dozen home!

The homemade donuts alone are worth the trip, but the chocolate chip pancakes are winners too. Grab a seat at the counter where you can more easily get the attention of the often busy wait staff .

If you're coming on a Sunday morning, I recommend sitting at the counter or coming in pairs... The big tables take a while!

Try the lakeside special or any of the omelettes and watch the birds in the pond .

The best breakfast around ct, I'm not even mentioning the donuts :D awesome place

Get a box of freshly made donuts to go. Call a day in advance for more than a dozen.

The view is great. Pancakes are quite good

Great location next to a lake with good food and ample parking space . Staff needs to be a little more polite and customer friendly . Place is a little cramped, but worth a try. Cash only .

Get the lakeside special, it's the most bang for your buck. And delicious.

Omg the donuts . Always start breakfast with their fresh donuts .

Waitstaff can be rude.

Unimpressed with the breakfast food . Haven't tried the donuts . Come for the view and drink a soda . Oh and don't forget tho bring cash that is all they accept.

Only accepts cash, food is good and the view is great but the service is honestly the worst service of any diner in Stamford. It's so bad that it's ruined the experience for me. Seldom go there now
