Great place to go hiking in nice weather- I love hiking the Lone Wolf trail to check out the beautiful views-hopefully will be even better when the trees turn green. Trails are rocky- wear good shoes
Red Trail is awesome! If you start the run at the farthest parking lot you can get a decent jog. Then come "the stairs". Wow! Great workout. Run those, then turn around and run back down. Not good fo

avoid castlewood on the weekends, a bit crowded if you're thinking of MTB and i'd put the trail etiquette at a strong 1/10 :)

Tip warfare... Someone needs to study IMBA trail etiquette or just Google "who yields on a trail ." I say this as a MTBer. Be considerate.
The Grotpeter Trail makes for great biking and hiking . Well-groomed trails , challenging hills and canopy overhead makes this a prime biking spot.
No, walkers yield to bikers . Walkers can take a step to the side. Bikers can't just stop or go off of the trail . Be considerate.
Remember to bring your beach chairs. In fact, keep them in the car all summer. Just in case.

Beware of the park rangers, they strongly enforce the no alcohol past the bridge rules.
yes drink before the RR tracks ! Other side and they do cooler checks!
