Although yummy, you can't eat In & Out everyday. Although Whole Foods has the best deli , Safeway's is A-OK. This one has comfortable seating .

They have ahi poke now in the fish department! It's pretty good. I also tried the dried salmon sticks, they are pretty good as well . I will be going back for more.

Cecelia is AWESOME! She notoced my shirt says that I am training for a bicycle ride and asked what is for, then proceeded to give me a donation right on the spot. really lifted my spirits .

Whole Foods is worth the extra dough to not have to wait in long lines . However Safeway does have some good stuff you can’t get at Whole Foods : regular mayonnaise , Frank’s hot sauce .

Good, full service Safeway-- bakery , deli , butcher .... farm fresh veg ... even a Starbucks.

The Starbucks in safe ways always has a shorter line than the Starbucks next door, but they are way slower!!!

One stop for the grocery run. It’s always nice to have a Safeway nearby.

There is a mini-Starbucks here for whatever reason, when there's a full-sized Starbucks right next to here within the same shopping plaza .

Better selection at the one on El Camino (near the Caltrain)

The Wells Fargo in here is open weekdays 10a-7p and even Sunday 11a-4p!

They have the best craft beer selection I have ever seen at a Safeway. There are better places, but you could do a lot worse, for sure.

There's always a solicitor or someone begging for train fare athis location.

Come here for a slice of RWC.
