Fantastic hotel in a real close to center location. Rates are favourable coming from Euro. Do not book the suites at first floor if you suffer noise and vibration of tram .
Fast check-in, lovely building and very spacious room . It is located right in the city centre, so it is close to all the main attractions as well as close to public transport .

Not a good service at all! Receptionist did the slowest check in ever. Then we ordered sauna on time 8 PM. At 8PM the sauna was cold, because they didn't prepare it. They weren't sorry.
