Ramada Plaza Hawthorne/LAX

The staff is very friendly but the hotel is not worthy of the 3 or 2.5 star rating it has. My room had dirty carpet . Parking spaces are excruciatingly tight. I found a person's toe nail by the bed.

Complementary shuttle from airport was nice; however, the place is not maintained and a little shady. I would find a better hotel than stay here.

Room and halls smell of smoke..glad window opens all the way..fresh air over ac ..unless its 100 degrees. .

Utter disrepair

Very poor service, dirty rooms, unkindly supervisor at the morning 21th January. Heater was broken, water in bath not going away, was no coffee maker in our room, also there was no trash can.

Agree w/ many other reviewers here - you get what you pay for but d*mn this place sucks. No parking , never answered phone when I called, room smells, horrible horrible desk service. Enjoy!

Don't plan on getting the shuttle from LAX if you have a "late" or "early" flight. No thanks for telling me that when I made the reservation

Has seen better days. Looks like the owner has decided to stop trying to keep up with the competition. And the LAX shuttle doesn't run before 6am.

Very bad hotel . Do not recommend to anyone. Bad service actually no room service at all! Like wtf!? so much noice, kids running around knocking on doors like maniacs. Needs to close down.

I dont see what others are complaining about, for 54$ a night I was expecting much worse, It has a nice flat screen tv . Carpet was clean , bed big with nice blankets, lots of space in the room,

I've never seen a hotel like this. Fucking dirty . Anybody should NOT book this hotel .

Ice machines don't work, had to go to the 4th floor just for ice, parking is kinda creepy, and the elevator (one didn't work) was smelly and sticky.. Horrible!!

Worst hotel ever! Hostels are cleaner and more comfortable . Run away!

Cheapest reputable hotel around. Not the cleanest, but for $60 a night, what do you expect?

The hotel is very clean and customer service is great. The rooms are neat and well organized . There's parking for both the people staying there and for going to the restaurant .
