Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel

Design rooms are gorgeous, and the lounge is a great option after a days work. Not that far from Berrini train station , and plenty of taxis just around the corner.

Reserve a club or unique design floor room, which have interiors by known architects. Breakfast is a nice buffet if included, great way to start the day & nice views of surrounding area.

Great hotel with designer interior - on certain floors, each room is unique and artsy . Service is friendly

Design rooms are nice, but they are on the 3rd and 5th floors. I prefer a higher floor, but the Club rooms on the 15th floor are fairly standard. Good location.

Nice Hotel !!! They started a refresh design for the rooms... Ask while check-in so you get a newer room.

Good hotel , great service. Ok bar and pool closes at 6p...even during the summer. Wha??

One of the worst Marriott properties I’ve ever visited. Construction in their pool area outside my window until 2am and a fight in my hallway. Stay at the Renaissance or Hotel Unique instead!

Very traditional. Small gym . Large room. Breakfast is the same every single day.

Service is good .. Staff are very helpful .. Connected to the mall so quite convenient ..

Try to get a designer room ! The hotel is very nice and the service is great!

Make sure you request a king room. They have single beds in some of the rooms.

This hotel is pretty nice on the inside. Just don't get close to the river outside.

This Sheraton is nice. Location is ok, as you have plenty of bars to go to just around the corner.

Bathrooms are super out of date and look worn. Room itself was nice, as were the staff . Would stay here again but wasn't super impressed.

Breakfast is a buffet but they have a chef on hand who will cook eggs to your liking. Much better option than the batch cooked scrambled eggs .

Free drinks ftom 12 noon till 10pm in the design lounge

Breakfast starts at 06:30... 06:30 breakfast not ready... If available, stay at Hilton (walking distance from here)

Check out Club-A when here between Thursday and Saturday. Bring dancing shoes and plenty of energy.

Wifi is terrible! Went out of service on the first day. Not just my room but other guests too. Forget getting any important work done. ????

Um baita hotel . Tudo de ótima qualidade. Quartos excelentes. Café da manhã completo. Academia pequena mas com equipamentos ótimos. Muito bom poder usar a área reservada no 4º andar .

O hotel é excelente, a equipe é muito atenciosa e a piscina é uma delícia. O toque de classe na piscina é a água gelada com rodelas de laranja , muito refrescante.

bateu uma fominha? vá de room service . a minha pedida foi capeletti in brodo e não me arrependi: delicioso. o mousse de chocolate é de lamber os dedos. :)
