Great place, pretty overpriced. At the Moe's across the street, you can get more options and free, unlimited chips that taste better.
staff needs attitude adjustment. they skimp or give you the wrong meat then roll their eyes when you say something. I love Chipptle but won't go to Pittsford again stick to Henrietta .
It's about as cold inside as it is outside...dress warm or do take out .
Good service but a bit of a wait.
If you order a quesadilla a la cart they get pissed and confused because their workflow goes in reverse.
