Good but not great food. Local clientele. Loud festive Hispanic music and Univision on tele if you like that sort of thing. Attached to cute little market run by friendly people.
Caldo de birria, pizole, all the soups really.
Go for the carnitas tacos . They also have a nice little market attached.
My fave vegetarian option : sub a chile relleno for meat in a burrito

I think this is my new favorite local Mexican sit-down place. I love getting a combo, like the chile relleno/enchilada plate, and making my own tacos out of it using some corn tortillas on the side. - Samantha R.
