This place has become like a second home for me for the past 3 months. I come here almost daily. It's clean and very simplistic and I don't feel intimidated at all!!

I really like the music they play. Kinda basic top 40. Hey, I can sing to it so I am happy.

If you like classes and amenities this place is not for you, but if you want a good workout on good clean equipment you will not find a better value. Great staff too!

Fantastic personal training department

Membership is super cheap and includes a free guest EVERY visit.

This is a really nice gym if you want jut the gym aspect. Also it looks like the hulk had diarrhea all over the walls.

You fit is great! Im gonna try the Express Circuit training next time no appointment or trainer needed!!

Be sure to schedule your personal trainer session... the trainers here are great!
