They cook it over charcoal so will take some time, but worth the wait! The salted fish claypot wasn't too great though. Come early or you'll have to queue at the door too.

nice local chinese restaurant to go, just random pick any dishes, all yum; plenty of seats, no need to queue. only bad thing is no mtr station nearby!

Michelin 1 Star. Inexpensive and traditional menu. The service is also “traditionally hk” too: chaotic, loud , personal (mostly poor, sometimes good).
