The Portofino water taxi runs every 10-15min. The BEST option however is the Pedicabs. They post at the boat dock and take about 5min. They work off tips and the average is $5-20. Best decision ever!!
Use the Rickshaw bikes to get to the parks faster! The drivers work for tips so treat them right, $10-$20 is always a generous tip.
