I needed a personal trainer to help me prior to surgery. The trainers are fantastic and the classes are great to get your post op fitness back to normal. Can't thank them enough.

Best gym in Sydney. Amazingly thorough selection of equipment and friendly staff who are happy to chat. No lock-in contracts and you can email them to cancel at anytime, no questions asked!

Great group classes . The instructors take time to make sure you exercise safely. Love this gym
