Don't bother, if you're a westerner and you have cats at home. The cats sleep all day and its 200¥ every 10 mins. Kind of an expensive library .

Only 1 minute walk from the Ikebukuro Station West Exit. There are about 15 kitties. And we can spend some time with them. The staff is friendly and nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed, clean,too. - R2 D2 droid
